By making a systematic analysis of the foundation course of cooperation game, this thesis makes a key research on the bargaining game model between the manufacturers and the suppliers.

This article shows that the bargaining game between CEO and board on CEO compensation is a key factor influencing the relationship between CEO compensation and corporate performance.
