Objective: To evaluate the superiority of the curative effects in treating distal radius fractures by t plate internal fixation and plaster splint external fixation.
目的：研究比较T形钢板内固定与石膏夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效优越性。

Results:For unstable distal radius fractures, it was perferable to be treated by open reduction and T plate internal fixation(P< 0.01).
结果：对于桡骨远端不稳定骨折，切开复位T形钢板内固定疗效明显优于石膏夹板外固定（P<0.01）；
