There are multiple layer-walls with internal heater in glass de-icing and de-fogging for windshield or electric de-icing for aircraft wing and rotor.

The Ambulance will be parked at the specified Medical Clinic at all times. During cold weather, it will be warmed at all times with an internal heater.

We assume that the breakdown resulted in a non-appropriate expansion of the internal constructions of the heater.
