Objective To study the effect of laserinducedfluorescence(LIF) on the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer and to analyze the mechanism of the production of LIF spectrum.
The resulting high mass fractions were analysed by capillary electrophoresis (ce) on a polyacrylamide coated capillary with laserinducedfluorescence (LIF) detection.
