  Ketoprofen is one of NSAIDS with 2-phenolethylformic acid,which have a chirality center and are generally used with racemic bodies in clinic. But only dextral bodies have action of antiinflammation, antirtheumatism and analgesia.

  酮洛芬是2-芳基丙酸类非甾体抗炎药，此类药物均具有一个手性中心，一般都以外消旋体的形式供临床使用，然而只有右旋体才具有抗炎抗风湿和镇痛作用。
