中间表型
Objective To study the relationship between hypertension especially isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) and cystathionine β synthase(CBS) different site polymorphisms,variation of plasma homocysteine level, its partial metabolic related factors:folic acid,vitamin B and lipids;to screen the predisposing gene and intermediate phenotype of ISH.
目的研究高血压患者特别是单纯收缩期高血压患者胱硫醚β合成酶(CBS)不同位点基因多态性(Polymorphism)与同型半胱氨酸水平及相关代谢因子之间变化的关系，从而筛选单纯收缩期高血压的易感基因及中间表型。
