The Arbitral Tribunal can deliver its decision in the form of either an interimaward or a final award.

The arbitral tribunal shall have discretion to apportion the costs relating to a request for interim measures in the interimaward or in the final award.

Such interim measures may be established in the form of an interimaward. The arbitral tribunal shall be entitled to order the provision of appropriate security.
