Method: High temperature and pressure was applied to extract alkaloids in KusnezoffMonkshood Root, and ESI-MS was adopted to detect the unprocessed and the processed lipo-alkaloids.
方法：利用高温高压提取草乌中生物碱，利用电喷雾质谱法对提取前后的脂类生物碱进行检测分析。
