In this study, occupational self-efficacy scale, 16pf Personality Questionnaire and Holland vocational interest inventory, on the 350 vocational schools conducted a survey of vocational students.

By using the methods of questionnaire, statistics and documentation, this paper studies the attitude, interest and the physical exercises of weak group at colleges.

The results of student questionnaire shows that the project teaching method is an effective way of arousing the students' interest and enhance the enthusiasm of learning.
