Eye contact is extraordinarily powerful, so it's important to walk the line between intensity and subtlety, which is why we usually restrict direct eye contact to only a second or two.

Plaster line itself is not waterproof, rain and sun will encounter weathering, low intensity, poor weather, can not be used in the outdoors, and the accuracy is poor, there is no insulation function.

Walking, swimming, cycling and in-line skating are all good choices, as long as you keep the intensity low.
