Objective: To study the measurement and realization of depth dose, skin dose and leakage ray, and conclude some experience of clinical application in Intra-operative Radiation Therapy.

Results The result of LDH leakage showed that indomethacin could induce the injury of RGM-1 in a dose dependent manner and LPS could lessen it significantly (P<0.05).
