Heuristic learning is the valuable treasure in the history of human education, and it is one of the most important ways of teaching.

In the light of the current feature of MIS and the limitations of developing method, the paper puts forward a case-based heuristic and learning method to analyze and model in MIS.

The research discriminate several correlative concepts which are inquiry learning, heuristic teaching, discovery learning and investigative learning so as to clarify the understanding.
