Strength and bending resistance test, welding heat test and highly accelerated life test (HALT) were retested up to grade.

The heat treatment process of 7005 alloy is studied in terms of mechanical properties and resistance to stress corrosion test.

The test results show that it can recover much more exhaust heat, and less exhaust resistance and lower noise than the original one.
