Following these instructions, only about half of viewers were able to see the hidden image in this picture.

To get an idea of what I actually wanted, first I took the main character and moved it around the canvas; finally deciding to place him on the lower half of the image following the flow of his body.

The horizontal lines across the top half of the image are intrusions of igneous rock, where magma poked up to the surface from deep underground.
