Applying frequency governor to bottom pump of evaporation tower and feed pump of furnace, the result showed that it is the effective way to improve the automatic level in clay unit.

The jerk pump was redesigned and the original mechanical governor was replaced with an electromagnetic actuator and its sensor.

In such a system, the governor should be taken to ensure that pump fixed speed of the pump can be efficient in operation, and achieve optimal system.
