Retired Supreme Court judge Keith Mason said mental health was ''an area where for all sorts of reasons it can't be dealt with publicly.

After about six months work, I filed the petition in the Supreme Court of India for saving the Taj Mahal, and for saving the life and health of the people living the whole Taj trapezium (area).

Under the bill's provisions, a panel made up of mental-health experts will evaluate each case. The state attorney-general will then determine whether to go to court.
