  Magnetic head is designed by coaxial symmetrical with wire axis. The insulation, cooling and hermetization of magnetic head avoid the influence on magnetic field of outside;miniaturization design of magnetic head could achieve different welding process.

  磁头装置采用与焊丝同轴对称的方式设计,根据纵向磁场的分布特征以及对焊接工艺和抗外部干扰的要求,本文所设计的磁头绝缘,冷却,密封设计避免了焊接过程中外界因素对磁场的干扰;磁头整体的小型化使该装置可以实现多种形式的焊接工艺。
