The effects of the feedrate of air, steam and coal on bed temperature, gas composition, calorific value, carbon conversion and gasification efficiency are predicted and analyzed with the model.
Experimental results show that higher efficiency can be accomplished and bigger layer thickness and bigger servo feedrate can be chosen in UED-Milling in gas with the aid of ultrasonic vibration.
Variations of the gasification temperature and gas components on coal feedrate, fluidization airflow rate, central spouting airflow rate, and water steam feed rate are investigated.
