Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-speed electric burr abrading procedure for inferior turbinate bonehypertrophy.

Results The satisfactory results were achieved in 65 nasal bone deformities of the 72 cases (90%), the nasal bonehypertrophy occurred postoperatively in 7 cases (10%).
