CONCLUSION: Capsaicin has an obvious effect on the NOS positive neurons in the trigeminalganglion of rats, and NOS participates in the mechanisms of pain and analgesia at oral-facial region of rats.
结论：辣椒素对大鼠三叉神经节内NOS阳性神经元有明显的影响，NOS参与口面部的痛与镇痛。
