Results showed that the coating problem of hot-dip zinc plating workpiece was improved evidently by using the degassing agents MPP230 and MPP620 containing a primary component of polyethylene wax.
The surface and cross-section of the pock flaws which appeared on the hot-dip galvanized coating were observed and analyzed by using SEM and energy spectroscopy.
