In this paper, based on the database system, an improved information search method is proposed, which extends the traditional method by means of fuzzy math and with its tools.

In the implement of system, we use membership function to mirror faults fuzzy and fuzzy concern, relational database to describe knowledge and rules, and perform ruled-based inference.

The article discusses a method to design an expert system by applying artificial intelligent database and the fuzzy theory. It also gives out the frame of the system.
