  We measured the residue of furazolidone in water spiked by the drug. The recovery rates are in the range of 74-88%for inter-assay and 76-92%for intra-assay.

  Susceptibility test showed that 194 Hp strains,metronidazole resistance rate was 85.6%,amoxicillin,tetracycline resistance was 30%-60%,furazolidone,clarithromycin resistance rate was 5%-10% The gentamicin and levofloxacin,amoxicillin resistant strains were not detected.

  194株Hp菌株甲硝唑耐药率达85.6%,阿莫西林、四环素耐药率为30%～60%,呋喃唑酮、克拉霉素耐药率为5%～10%,未检出庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星和羟氨苄青霉素耐药菌株。
