Among the eucalypt diseased, bacterial wilt, little-leaf, seedling, brown spot, leaf rust, shoot blight, stem canker and butt rot are new disease records in Taiwan.

Conclusion: the efficacy of catching flies by fly trap with canker fish as baits was better than with brown sugar-vinegar. We suggest that mixed bait be adopted in the surveillance of fly population.
