Appropriate immunization against tetanus must be given to all patients with full thickness burn injury.

Objective To investigate the possible survival mechanisms of the composite grafts for the coverage of the larger full thickness burn wounds and increase its survival rate.

Conclusion: Escharactomy and segmentally full thickness skin graft in early stage is an effective treatment method in the treatment of patients with deep burn in face.
