The method of dressing ceramic-bonded corundum grindingwheel by using diamond dressing wheel, then using dressed profile grindingwheel grinds roller surfaces of arc shape is introduced.
Experimental results show that the grain size of diamond grindingwheel and grinding depth have important influence on micro-topography such as geometrical shape and surface topography etc.
