Investigators say a fuelleak likely caused the explosion on a Taiwanese jetliner that caught fire after landing in Japan. They say a bolt pierced the fuel tank.
If they noticed the fuelleak much more earlier they will have more fuel and time to find a better method to stopped the aircraft being involved in such a dangerous situation.
