Sm-Co permanent magnets were used in the magnetic circuitry of a coaxial magnetron to produce a small volume, high intensity magnetic field.

The study has developed a kind of small-sized roller test unit of high magnetic induction intensity for magnetic separation by the technology of permanent magnetism and high magnetic field intensity.

The results show that high magnetic field obviously accelerates pearlite transformation, and the quantity of pearlite increases with the increase of magnetic field intensity and holding time.
