Re melt deposit welding process is proposed in this paper. To realize the technology, plasma arc, TIG arc, highfrequencyinduction, gas shield continuous stove and MSW are adopted.
The process that makes high wear-resistant alloy coating on hackle screens by means of highfrequencyinduction build-up welding which improves the service lives over 2 times are introduces.
