医药科学 苏木精 Specimensof liver were observed by light microscopy, after weighed in 10% formaldehyde, paraffin-embedded, dehydrated and stained by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) or picricacid-acid fuchsin (VG). 处死后立即取出肝脏，称重后以10％的甲醛固定，脱水后石腊包埋切片，苏木精—伊红染色(HE)和苦味酸—酸性品红染色(VG)，光镜观察病理变化。
