On the basis of the grey function and grey limit, a new concept of continuous grey function is given out and its properties are studied in the present paper.

Some definitions of four fundamental operations of grey number and grey function are given in this paper, also we have given the whiting method of grey function.

Based on grey function and grey limit, this paper gives definition to derivate of grey function (or to grey derivate) and studies the derivate of simple grey function.
