Jiangxi Poem School held the saying "one originator, three models", though they followed Du Fu, yet Huang Tingjian was the real pioneer of Jiangxi Poem School.

As a famous litterateur, a calligraphistas well as a connoisseur in painting and calligraphy, Huang Tingjian occupied an important position in the literature and art of the Northern Song Dynasty.

Although the direct expatiations by su scholars group on Chuang-tzu were few, some articles such as Chuang-tzu Nei Pian Lun by huang Tingjian and Qi Wu Lun by Chao Buzhi were of great learned value.
