  The results indicated that six strong hydrophilic herb components could be separated by the new column under the mode of hydrophilic interaction chromatography,and in the separation of the Danshensu injection was also carried out with the satisfactory efficiency.

  结果发现,新型色谱柱对6种强亲水性中药组分按照亲水色谱模式进行了较好分离,应用于丹参素注射液的分离中,也取得了较为满意的效果。
