The solution pumps hot water from a power plant through underground pipes to heat exchangers which heat up water in the secondary distribution network and feed it into consumer radiator systems.

So it is important for the security of the whole plant that condensation and feed-water system run normally.

The main connections between the plant and the rest of the site (i. e. feedstock, product, and utilities) require reinstatement as do the boiler feed water and cooling water chemical dosing systems.
