In this paper, the simple mathematical model of the shape of the water film is established, and used to analyze the relation between the film flowing and the air stream.

The expressions for the volume flow rate and thickness of enamel slip film flowing along an inclined plane have been obtained.

The flowing characteristics at different film thickness are gained by accurately simulating Poiseulle flow and Couette flow.
