The antigen-antibody complex here was precipitated with saturated ammonium sulfate solution in a final saturation 37.5%.

Once I was happy with the composition and apply again final levels, tone/saturation, color correction and some vignette effect. And this is the final result I like.

Fermentation can take place without the presence of extracted nutritive liquor, but proceed vacuum deoxygenation and add carbon dioxide to saturation and packed into final product.
