  Results: The activities of ChAT in septum, PKC\PTK\cGMP\nNOS in hippocampus of the rats were reduced obviously after cutting off the fimbria of the hippocampus, meanwhile accompanied with the disorders of learning and memory.

  结果：穹隆-海马伞损伤后大鼠海马组织中PKC、PTK、cGMP、nNOS和中隔区ChAT的活性均显著降低，同时伴有学习记忆障碍。
