In the worst-hit town of Ercis, thieves stopped a lorry carrying tents.

Three others, including two children, also were rescued from the same building in Ercis 20 hours after the quake struck.

The survivors are from the town Ercis, one of the worst hit areas where as many as 100 buildings were reported collapsed.
