• 切除术

  SP male wistar rats were randomizated according to weights. Then the operation groups performed right kidney exsection and injected intraperitoneally to induce CRF model.

  方法:1.清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠,按体重大小排序,随机分组,手术组大鼠行右侧肾脏切除术,并腹腔注射阿霉素建立动物模型,各治疗组给予相应药物。
