The ground floor on the lower level is the only one which does not have view to the river, but it creates its own unique atmosphere by transforms 6m level difference to its own floor height.

From the first floor, the staircase changed to other direction left the entire 3-floor height void above a big airy and bright space.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two accessed from the west stair and one from the east stair, allowing a double height space between to give light to the ground floor.
