When elastic waves propagate in structures with obstacles such as cutouts, cracks or interfaces and so on, wave scattering and dynamic stressconcentration can occur near these scatterers.
Based on the theory of elastic dynamics, the scattering of elastic waves and the dynamic stressconcentration in a fiber-reinforced composite are studied.
