When elastic waves propagate in structures with obstacles such as cutouts, cracks or interfaces and so on, wavescattering and dynamic stress concentration can occur near these scatterers.
Furthermore, an integral equation in transformed filed, which suited to calculate the instantaneous elasticwavescattering by a number of irregular scatterers embedded in an elastic body is derived.
