• 外切葡聚糖酶

  Cellulase is a group of complex phosphoesterasum which mainly comprised of endoglucanase, exoglucanase andβ-1,4-glucosidase. Cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis is considered to require the synergistic interaction of these enzymes.

  纤维素酶是一组复合酶的统称，主要包括内切葡聚糖酶，外切葡聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶，这三种酶协同作用将纤维素转化成葡萄糖。
