If particles no get their masses from interacting with the empty space Higgs field, then the Higgs particle must exist; but we can't be certain without finding the Higgs.

So, if instead you put your particle somewhere down here on the electric field, or on the wave, the electric field will now be in the other direction so your particle will be pushed the other way.

And that force tends to cause it, if you have a moving charged particle, to deflect its trajectory and start rotating in a magnetic field.
