Like Hadrian's wall, the Quang Ngai wall was built along a pre-existing road.

A thin patch of asphalt on top of the existing road surface near the lookout's former location was visible last night, but its purpose was unclear.

IDA will incorporate during this stage the development of the new traffic layout and network as well as its integration into the existing road-network.
