This paper narrates solutions to the edge coverage problem of powder coatings from three aspects of outward design change, spraying technology improvement and formula modification.

And the radio regional coverage scope with the path loss model under the normal work mode is discussed, then the different edge communication probability of coverage scope is determined.

The first is to extend the coverage area of one base station. The second is to eliminate the coverage holes. The third, to enhance the throughput on the cell edge.
