Learning from the successful experience of development of e-democracy, in light of China's actual situation,in its preliminary theoretical framework, immature measures are brought forward. And the state should take in the development of e-democracy is a forward-looking long-term planning.
本文最后概括了目前我国电子民主建设进程中已经存在或可能出现的问题，借鉴国外电子民主发展的成功经验，结合中国的实情，在其理论框架内初步提出了一些不太成熟的措施，并认为国家应该在电子民主的发展上采取相应的具有前瞻性的长远规划和措施。
