The crystallization and orientation behaviors of BOPP film were discussed. The orientation features in crystalline and amorphous regions were compared.

XRD results indicate that amorphous titanium oxide film is formed on the surface after anodic oxidation, and corrosion rates of titanium crystal vary along different crystalline orientation.

This amorphous layer can serve as the buffer layer of the subsequent growth of the top SBN60 films and result in the high orientation of it.
