Under the principle and structural characteristics, a new type of excitation circuit is designed, which has simple structure, and also could solve switch on and off oscillation problems bothly.

We obtain the relation between the frequency of the oscillation and the instric excitation of the system.

The flow induced oscillation in a cavity exposed to external high speed flow and its suppression by means of sound excitation at the leading edge of the cavity are experimentally studied.
