However, in all but very formal contexts, the accusative or object case is now acceptable, i.e. I am not as wealthy as her/ him/ them. These comments also apply to so ... as and the same ... as, e.g. We're not so eager as them/ (formal) they; I live in the same street as her/ (formal) she. As from and as of, meaning ‘from’ or ‘after’ should be followed by a particular date, e.g. as from 15 October. Phrases such as as of now, as of yesterday, etc. should be used only in informal contexts. 在用 as... as... 句型进行比较时,充当短语后半部主语的代词应该用主格,例如 I am not as wealthy as he/ she/ they 。然而在不十分正式的文体中,现在有采用宾格趋势,如 I am not as wealthy as her/ him/ them 。此用法亦适用于短语 so... as..., the same... as... 等。例如 We are not so eager as them / (正式) they; I live in the same street as her / (正式) she 。在 as from 和 as of 作为“始于”或“从 … 以后”使用时,后面应跟具体日期,如 as from 15 October 短语 as of now, as of yesterday 等仅用于非正式文体。 |
